Prof. Łukasz Grzybowski is an expert in market regulation and competition economics. He holds a PhD from the University of Munich and a habilitation from Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris. He was a professor at Telecom Paris. He is currently a professor at the University of Cape Town and a member of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw and lecturer and guest lecturer at Ecole Polytechnique in Paris.
